Return and Refund Policy

At Supreme AV Solutions, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the custom nature of our services and installations, the following Return & Refund Policy applies.

All service fees, labor charges, consultations, and installation work are non-refundable once services have been performed or scheduled.

• All equipment, materials, and products purchased through Supreme AV Solutions are non-refundable once installed.
   
• Uninstalled products may be eligible for a return only if approved in advance and may be subject to:
   
  • Restocking fees
     
  • Manufacturer return policies
     
  • Condition and packaging requirements
     

Custom-ordered, special-order, or programmed products are non-returnable.

• Project cancellations must be made before work begins.
   
• Deposits are non-refundable once materials are ordered or scheduling has been confirmed.

If equipment is found to be defective or damaged due to manufacturer issues, we will assist with warranty claims according to the manufacturer’s terms. Labor associated with removal or reinstallation may not be covered unless otherwise stated.

Approved refunds (if applicable) will be processed using the original method of payment within a reasonable timeframe.
